Hopefully the final update - reintroducing SFX!

A medium-sized bugfix for Ned's Curse:

- All upgraded equipment should now have sfx
- Buster Sword+ reworked
- Telephone+ buffed slightly
- Ice Potion+ and Wicker Gemstaff+ fixed
- Particle Accelerator+ fixed (thanks Fylkir Question on discord)
- Whisper+ exists now

Hopefully this will be the last update, but I didn't expect this mod to even be used for more than a week. Thank you, and enjoy those sweet equipment sound effects!
